Zunoraine C. Holmes, M.B.A
With several years of experience in strategic business planning, product management, team leadership and organization development in both corporate and ecumenical sectors, Zunoraine C. Holmes brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Select Sentinels consulting firm. He provides professional counsel and strategic solutions to faith-based organizations, ministry leaders and businesses that are in quest of the faith-based community. In addition, Zunoraine employs his business acumen at TD Jakes Enterprises, where he has worked since 2009 as a business development specialist. In this capacity, Zunoraine manages existing business prospects and develops new ancillary business opportunities.
Prior to his current positions, Zunoraine grabbed the reigns of Corporate America and has taken leadership roles in top-tier Fortune 500 companies such as Verizon and AT&T. While in these positions, Zunoraine developed and implemented several vital programs, including a process mapping and quality improvement program, and an employee incentive program. At Chase Paymentech Solutions, a leader in the payment processing industry, Zunoraine was instrumental in inventing and patenting a foreign currency conversion system that supports international business by enabling merchants to take advantage of cross currency and multicurrency opportunities.
Though he successfully experienced the many challenges and rewards of Corporate America, Zunoraine realized that his gifting and talents went well beyond the commercial arena. This insight led him to focus his energy in the non-profit segment as assistant director of MegaCARE Missions, formerly Terra Cotta International (TCI), a humanitarian organization affiliated with The Potter’s House. The organization impacts the lives of many throughout the world. While in this position, Zunoraine applied his planning, leadership and cultural diversity skills as he developed and led teams to execute global humanitarian initiatives such a clean water, technology and feeding programs.
A gifted orator, dedicated mentor and an ordained minister, Zunoraine enjoys sharing his wisdom and intellect as a trainer and speaker. He often leads workshops in which he provides the tools and insights that inspire people to develop their full potential in order to achieve what seems to be the unachievable.
A native of Philadelphia, Zunoraine holds a dual MBA in organization development and strategic leadership from the University of Dallas, Graduate School of Management. In 1997, he earned a bachelor’s degree in international business from the prestigious Washington, DC-based Howard University; and in 1996, Zunoraine studied international negotiations and other subjects at the Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen, Denmark. An active member in his community, Zunoraine has served on the boards of the Nexus Recovery Center and the Cedar Hill Community Development Corporation. He is currently a member of the Dallas Texas Organization Development Network.
