When you're considering the purchase of a house, you must look at the practical aspects of the purchase process. In addition to wanting to find the living space that feels right, we must also be more objective and find a house that is structurally sound, financially within our means, and fiscally sound as an investment.

Buying a house is not the place to try and keep up with the Joneses. The decision to invest in a home must be entered into logically.
